At The Venue
Parking
Convenient parking is available near the venue with plenty of on-street parking spots nearby. Additionally, there's a city parking lot just one block away and a parking garage located two blocks from the venue. We do not have a venue specific parking lot.
Getting In Line
Upon arrival, please join the line on the south side of the venue. To ensure a smooth entry process, we kindly ask that the person holding the tickets be at the front of your group as you approach the entrance.
For your safety, we have metal detectors in place. As you near the front of the line, please remove any metal objects from your pockets.
Please note that weapons of any kind, including pocket knives, are not allowed inside the venue, so be sure to leave them in your vehicle.
Additionally, backpacks, large bags, outside food, and beverages are not permitted in the venue.
Inside The Venue
Once your ticket has been scanned, you will then enter into the lobby.
As you enter the lobby, you’ll find our merch booth front and center. To the right of the merch booth, you'll see our ATM and water filling station for your convenience.
When you walk into the venue, head to the left of the merch booth to find the staircase leading down to the ladies' restroom. For the men's restroom, turn right at the merch booth and go down the stairs near the emergency exit doors. If you need assistance, our staff will be happy to point you in the right direction!
While we don’t offer a formal coat check, a coat rack is available for your use at your own risk. You’ll find it to the left of the merch booth as you enter the venue.
What drinks do we offer?
Our main floor bar features a full selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, while our balcony bar offers canned options, including non-alcoholic choices. Browse our bar menus below to see the full range of drinks available!
What About Food?
We don’t allow outside food or drinks inside the venue. However, we offer a variety of snacks available for purchase at our main bar!
Do We Allow Re-Entry?
We enforce a strict no re-entry policy to ensure the safety of not only the artits but also other fellow patrons, so make sure you have everything you need before you get into the venue. If you purchase merch at the show, you wont be able to take it to your car but we do have bags available just ask one of our staff members!
